Dr. Neeraj Aggarwal was trained in Pediatric cardiology at Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore and AIIMS. He established the department of pediatric cardiac sciences at Sir Gangaram Hospital Delhi. He specialises in Neonatal and pediatric cardiac interventions and has special interest in Fetal Cardiology.
